What you'll do

Conduct HTOL oven setup and operation for reliability testing.
Develop biased stress plans in collaboration with Broadcom Business Units.
Manage project schedules for internal and external biased stress projects.
Track and report on the status of ongoing qualification projects regularly.
Liaise between external vendors and internal teams to ensure project success.
Perform hardware schematic and layout reviews for accuracy and compliance.
Debug board, socket, and HTOL vector issues during reliability testing.

What we're looking for

BS Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical) or related field with 8+ years of experience.
Experience with reliability qualification stressing including HTOL, HTS, TC, THB, uHAST, and bHAST.
Understanding and hands-on experience with MCC HTOL HPB family systems.
Ability to review hardware schematics and PCB layouts for errors and corrections.
Proven track record in a lab team environment supporting multiple business units.
Experience with electrical bench test setup, measurement, and debugging.
Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, and tracking.
