What you'll do

Lead and manage a team of Software Quality Engineers supporting mission-critical aerospace programs.
Translate program requirements into SQE priorities, ensuring alignment with schedules and budgets.
Define and implement processes for verifying software compliance, reliability, and safety on assigned programs.
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches and verification strategies for software quality.
Coordinate supplier SQE activities and assess deliverables for quality and conformance.

What we're looking for

At least one year of experience in a leadership role or completion of Boeing’s Exploring Leadership course.
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience supporting software development programs with hands-on verification, reviews, or testing.
1+ year of experience in Software Quality Engineering with AS9115 and/or DO-178 requirements.
Experience working with program leadership to prioritize and resolve technical quality issues.
Active U.S. security clearance required for the position.
Practical experience with Agile software development and CI/CD pipelines, including DevSecOps tooling and secure SDLC practices.
Background in Software Quality Engineering practices such as test strategy, automation, static analysis, and code reviews.
