What you'll do

Establish and document the Quality Management System (QMS) framework and workflows for software development.
Own the test strategy for unit, integration, system, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test levels.
Build and execute integration test plans for all program milestones.
Maintain a bidirectional traceability matrix linking requirements, design decisions, test cases, and results.
Define performance requirements and build test infrastructure to validate measurable acceptance criteria.
Build and maintain test automation within the CI/CD pipeline.
Drive design for testability by participating in architecture, interface, and code reviews.
Manage the defect lifecycle, including triage, root cause analysis, and quality reporting dashboards.

What we're looking for

4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
Experience in automation testing.
Experience in manual testing.
Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects.
Experience developing high quality test plans, test designs, test strategies, and test execution.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred).
Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
