What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in prototype fabrication or similar hands-on hardware environments.
  • 3+ years of experience managing shop-floor teams, including fabricators and machinists.
  • Experience reviewing technical drawings, blueprints, and identifying build risks before work starts.
  • Working knowledge of welding processes (GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) and manual mill/lathe operations.
  • Experience in metal fabrication, structural fabrication, sheet metal fabrication, and machining.
  • Manage raw materials, consumables, shop supplies, tooling, and equipment resources effectively.
