Hardware Prototype Engineering Technician

What you'll do

• Assemble, repair, and troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems.
• Own the end-to-end buildout of test platforms and deliver complete fixtures.
• Develop wiring harnesses, assemble compute systems, and integrate electronics.
• Perform root cause analysis and calibration on vehicle and computer systems.
• Maintain inventory and lab environment for organization and efficiency.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in mechanical, electrical, or robotics industries.
• Ability to assemble prototypes and build wiring harnesses accurately following engineering instructions.
• Strong understanding of schematics and datasheets with the ability to interpret them precisely.
• Proficiency in soldering, crimping, and cable management in lab environments.
• Experience using tools like 3D printers, diagnostic instruments, and shop machinery.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for managing inventory systems effectively.
• Willingness to work on-site and in the field, with a valid U.S. driver's license.
