What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience
Solid understanding of propulsion systems, materials, and mechanical engineering fundamentals
Progressive experience in designing and integrating complex aerospace systems
Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (Creo, Catia, AutoCAD)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance as a U.S. Citizen
Experience with supply chain management and subcontracts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
