What we're looking for

  • Proven ability to manage vendor contracts and financial budgets with strict compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication skills for regular reporting and issue escalation to stakeholders.
  • Experience leading capital planning and execution for facility upgrades and lifecycle improvements.
  • Expertise in maintaining safety, security, and emergency preparedness plans for high-uptime operations.
  • Ability to coordinate with engineering teams to ensure property decisions support operational constraints.
  • High ownership and rigor in managing competing priorities while ensuring compliance.
