What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience in recruiting or sourcing AI technical engineering roles.
  • Proven track record in university recruiting and engaging early-in-profession talent.
  • Ability to develop multi-channel strategies for emerging and competitive talent pools.
  • Strong data analysis skills to inform hiring plans and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Expertise in candidate attraction, including coaching clients on representing unique career opportunities.
