Project Operation Manager - Adyen

What you'll do

• Manage project lifecycle from start to finish for complex in-store and platform rollouts.
• Work with customers, internal teams, and third-party partners to ensure smooth deployment.
• Provide guidance on Adyen’s products and advise on solutions fitting customer needs.
• Ensure successful handovers by setting up scalable BAU and support processes post-rollout.
• Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives for business scalability.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage and influence high-level business decisions with customers.
• Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced, unsupervised environment.
• Fluency in both French and English; additional European language is beneficial.
• Experience working in the payments industry or a technical background preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for projects.
• Global mindset with experience adapting to multicultural teams and international time zones.
