What you'll do

  • Drive end-to-end delivery framework for network releases to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with documentation teams and client account managers to distribute release requirements.
  • Provide guidance to relationship managers during deep-dive sessions with partners.
  • Partner with Product, Tech, and Test organizations to prepare infrastructure for certification.
  • Track issuer readiness and mitigate adoption risks during implementation phases.
  • Serve as primary subject matter expert on network releases within Operations organization.
  • Identify systemic trends in release failures and partner with teams to improve specifications.

What we're looking for

  • At least 7 years of experience in process, project, or relationship management.
  • Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Business Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • Lean certification or Six Sigma certification required.
  • Experience collaborating with product and tech teams to ensure network readiness for releases.
