As a Project Engineer in the F-35 Line of Business Engineering sustainment operations team, you will lead cross-functional project teams to achieve program cost, schedule, and performance targets. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the Temporary Field Modification process as a Control Account Manager, managing budgets, integrating cost and schedule metrics for Acceptance Test Facility inductions, and driving engineering improvement projects. You will also provide technical support between various stakeholders, manage Engineering Contracts, and brief leadership on project status. The role requires experience with F-35 systems such as PDM, JDL, LDM, APTS, Tableau, Confluence, SharePoint, and familiarity with TCTD and TFM processes. Essential skills include program management, CAM certification, and an understanding of performance-based sustainment principles. This high-impact role demands a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining a Secret clearance.

Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience in program management, project engineering, or systems engineering.
Proficiency in developing and managing project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project.
Strong background in sustainment engineering and fleet issue resolution.
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
Familiarity with F-35 Joint Program Office processes and systems.
Experience as a Certified Control Account Manager (CAM).
