As a Program Security Representative, you will join the security operations team to provide comprehensive multi-discipline security and counterintelligence support for Special Access Programs. You will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with Industrial Security Program requirements and applicable DoD, IC, and SAP regulatory guidance governing SCI activities. Your daily work involves developing and refining policies to safeguard sensitive information, identifying vulnerabilities in training and operational activities, and delivering OPSEC and counterintelligence awareness training. You will also conduct facility compliance reviews, investigate potential compromises of classified information, and brief senior leadership on threat trends and risk mitigation measures. The role requires expertise in program security, SAP protocols, and counterintelligence. This position addresses the critical challenge of protecting sensitive national security missions by mitigating insider threats and ensuring robust security for high-level government programs.

What you'll do

Ensure strict compliance with Industrial Security Program requirements and DoD, IC, and SAP regulatory guidance.
Develop and refine policies for safeguarding SCI and SAP information in support of military operations.
Identify and assess vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to training and operational activities using counterintelligence perspectives.
Deliver OPSEC and counterintelligence awareness training and education to personnel.
Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on reviews, and facility close-outs.
Investigate any loss or suspected compromise of classified information and prepare damage assessments.
Brief government, military, and senior civilian leaders on security trends and risk mitigation measures.
Monitor and track corrective actions from compliance reviews to ensure timely resolution.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance to start.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI with a CI polygraph.
Requires related security experience, or with a Bachelor's degree, or with an Associate's degree.
Requires at least 2 years of SAP-related security experience.
Experience with counterintelligence (CI), insider threat programs, and OPSEC is preferred.
Must be able to travel between 10% and 25% of the time.
