What you'll do
Manage the lifecycle of LPDDR5/6 program development from conception to delivery.
Develop and maintain program master schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource requirements.
Organize interdepartmental meetings to set project milestones and define tasks.
Troubleshoot program issues and develop alternative solutions to resolve conflicts.
Communicate regularly with senior management on key milestones, budget, metrics, and risks.
Direct roadmap quotation and PPM activities including scope, PPA, planning, and cost projections.
Charter focus on architecture phase and spec alignment with IP development team.
What we're looking for
5+ years of program management experience in advanced memory controller development.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.
Experience managing operating budgets and project financials.
Technical expertise in VLSI Memory Controllers for LPDDR/PCDDR technologies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Program management certification preferred (PMP or equivalent).
