What you'll do
Develops and executes chipset plans including schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Monitors and drives chip programs from initiation to delivery across multiple sites.
Establishes routine update processes for status reports and risk management.
Coordinates with internal departments on priorities, resources, and interdependencies.
Organizes interdepartmental meetings to set project milestones and allocate resources.
Develops control systems to monitor program progress and identify potential risks.
Troubleshoots program issues and develops alternative plans to resolve them.
What we're looking for
7+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience with digital SOC and mixed-signal baseband/RF chips.
2+ years of experience working on AI products or applications.
Direct experience in semiconductor development and manufacturing.
