Program Manager 4-ProdDev

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cloud expansion initiatives in regulated environments.
• Coordinate planning, design, construction, deployment, validation, and operational handoff for new cloud environments.
• Manage procurement and ordering processes for infrastructure and hardware across multiple teams.
• Ensure security hardening and compliance readiness throughout the program lifecycle.
• Resolve cross-functional issues and convert lessons learned into standard practices.
• Plan and manage the transition to steady-state operations for secure cloud environments.

What we're looking for

• Proven ability to develop, drive, and execute complex, large-scale infrastructure or operational programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing regulated environments with elevated security, compliance, or customer-specific constraints.
• Experience coordinating data center, hardware, networking, supply chain, logistics, and site readiness activities.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, service dependencies, deployment workflows, and secure environment constraints.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking milestones, readiness signals, capacity assumptions, and program performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to align multiple stakeholders around shared plans and decisions.
