The position requires expertise in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and proficiency with cloud software delivery practices, along with a strong track record of driving measurable improvements in cost efficiency, reliability, and developer productivity at platform scale.

What you'll do

Lead complex cross-organization programs through the full lifecycle from intake to launch.
Build integrated program plans across multiple teams, ensuring clear scope, milestones, and dependencies.
Drive execution of security/compliance programs that integrate controls into development processes.
Coordinate disaster recovery strategies and readiness across multiple OCI regions/realms.
Manage large-scale cloud platform migrations, including AWS-to-OCI transitions.
Improve platform cost efficiency and developer productivity through automation and standardization.

What we're looking for

8+ years of technical program/project management experience in software engineering environments.
Proven ability to lead complex cross-organizational programs with executive visibility.
Strong organizational and communication skills; influence leadership without direct authority.
Technical fluency with cloud software delivery, modern SDLC practices, and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project or equivalent program planning tools.
Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
