Program Analyst

What you'll do

• Coordinates troubleshooting and enhancements to engineering tools and flows for complex programs.
• Manages allocation of compute resources, hardware equipment, and prototype parts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develops relationships with third parties or internal customers to identify needs and track program progress.
• Facilitates meetings and documents key discussion points under guidance from the Program Manager.
• Tracks progress and execution of multiple complex deliverables to meet deadlines and manage issues.
• Analyzes complex data using advanced tools to interpret trends, risks, and changes for stakeholders.
• Designs and implements improvements to planning processes with support from Program Managers.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in program management and development.
• Proficiency with program management tools and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Ability to manage complex programs and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience in maintaining engineering operations data and managing budgets.
• Skill in creating and updating project plans for multiple large-scale programs.
• Capacity to anticipate risks, communicate issues, and drive solution implementation.
