  • Collects and maintains budget data, identifying potential issues and communicating them.
  • Coordinates chipset allocations and deliveries using proper project management practices.
  • Identifies risks and escalates issues that may impact program deadlines.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience creating, scheduling, and maintaining program plans.
  • 2+ years of experience with program management tools.
  • Ability to manage priorities, timelines, critical tasks for large hardware programs.
  • Experience coordinating chipset and platform allocations and deliveries globally.
  • Skill in gathering, analyzing, interpreting data using advanced tools like macros, pivot tables.
  • Requires flexible work schedule including early morning or evening hours.
