What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical hardware assembly and testing.
  • Ability to hire, develop, and supervise a large group of skilled technicians.
  • Experience coordinating with manufacturing engineers for daily task planning.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining process documentation and training others.
