As a Production Software Engineer, you will join a team focused on developing software for the production and calibration of radar sensors. You will own systems ensuring reliability and scalability while integrating new hardware lines into existing infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include designing cloud-based and web-based applications using AWS services for data collection, real-time monitoring, and hardware control. You will collaborate with manufacturing engineers to optimize performance and build adaptable frameworks for future product lines. The role requires proficiency in Python, including libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas, along with experience in Git, Linux systems, and networking protocols such as TCP/IP and DNS. Preferred skills include web frameworks like Flask or Django, front-end tools like React, and experience with hardware components like signal generators and spectrum analyzers to solve complex sensor integration problems.
Own the software systems responsible for the production and calibration of radar sensors.
Design and implement cloud-based and web-based applications using AWS services for data collection and hardware control.
Drive the architecture of scalable software systems to support high-volume hardware production.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Python for scientific and engineering applications using NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
Experience with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies.
Understanding of Unix/Linux directory structures and system layouts.
Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure and services.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting network-connected test and measurement devices such as DAQs, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
Familiarity with OT network requirements including segmentation, security best practices, and general networking proficiency (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
Advanced Python for web applications, front-end frameworks, and low-level systems programming (preferred); familiarity with sensor systems (preferred).
