Production Reliability Engineer II

What you'll do

• Manage code deployments, hardware upgrades, patching, and certificate renewals across testing and production environments.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure platform stability and scalability.
• Maintain up-to-date topology diagrams and business workflow diagrams for supported platforms.
• Review and manage Business Review Documents (BRD) and Production Readiness Checklists (PRC).
• Create and publish customer communications regarding maintenance windows, deployments, and disaster recovery exercises.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual tasks.
• Triage and support incident tickets while monitoring and reporting on Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage client implementations for network connectivity, including SSL certificates, firewalls, and file transfer protocols.

What we're looking for

• Must possess eligibility to work in the United States for any employer at the date of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM disciplines, practices, and procedures.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology and project management focused on system performance and reliability.
• Advanced knowledge of platform architecture systems and requirements.
• For Telco/Transmissions roles: Knowledge of TCP/IP, SFTP, Connect:Direct, or Cisco/Juniper networks.
• Experience with customer implementations (preferred); Amazon Cloud certification (preferred).
