Production Finance Manager

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with studio financial policies and audit requirements for productions.
• Oversee production bank account setup, maintenance, reconciliation, and closure in the US.
• Review weekly, monthly, and quarterly cost reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage SAP invoice processing, coding accuracy, approvals, and timely payments.
• Coordinate pre-wrap and wrap meetings to ensure final financial reports are accurate.
• Perform quality control checks on production systems access controls and workflows.
• Oversee payroll processing and review coding, approvals, and posting reports for development projects.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in production finance or accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Ability to manage multiple productions and meet tight deadlines simultaneously
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting proficiency
• Experience working in a studio or large-scale production environment
• Key competencies in financial accuracy, risk identification, and system discipline
