Product Quality Manager - VisionPro

What you'll do

• Develop measurement technologies to meet ambitious specifications at scale.
• Implement quality inspection tools for cosmetic and dimensional evaluations.
• Compile data to set appropriate limits and variables for process specifications.
• Lead activities to balance high-quality standards with scalable production yields.
• Coordinate Mechanical Quality Engineering functions as a project manager.
• Drive corrective actions and present quality performance to cross-functional teams.
• Develop new technologies to enhance production quality, capacity, and efficiency.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of industry experience in product development or high-volume manufacturing engineering
• BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent field
• Experience developing measurement technologies and control strategies for large-scale production
• Ability to lead quality assurance activities and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in managing supplier audits and ensuring consistency with quality standards
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for executive presentations
• Direct experience partnering with engineering teams and building strong relationships
