Product Operations Manager, Launched Effects

What you'll do

• Lead the Altius Product Operations team to improve field failure discovery and resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product incidents and deploy fixes across the fleet.
• Partner with engineering teams to abstract individual incidents into systemic reliability improvements.
• Assess and enhance the quality of fleet observability and health telemetry in collaboration with multiple functions.
• Collect and analyze system failure data to define trends and support resource allocation decisions.
• Track and manage customer-facing incidents, ensuring timely response and clear communication of resolution.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of professional experience in technical systems and product operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex electromechanical systems.
• Secret Security clearance required; previous clearances are beneficial.
• Experience with incident-driven workflows, analysis, triage, prioritization, and reporting.
• Ability to travel and relocate to Atlanta, GA as needed.
