What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or similar leadership roles in product development.
  • Domain expertise in hardware-related industries like production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, MRP/APS, WMS, MES, and PLM.
  • Experience building foundational products with core data models, system boundaries, and integration patterns.
  • Ability to balance requirements across engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders effectively.
  • Comfort working with diverse internal and external stakeholders at various technical levels.
  • Proven skill in decomposing problems into manageable components and sequencing them correctly.
