As a Product Manager IC3 on the Windows 365 team, you will lead the development of AI-driven features that enable autonomous execution of tasks within a secure cloud-hosted Windows environment. What you'll do
Define and ship features enabling AI agents to execute tasks in Windows 365 securely.
Collaborate with IT admins to ensure safe deployment of AI agents within the platform.
Conduct prompt evaluation, model behavior analysis, and iterate products based on telemetry data.
Gather requirements from customers, ISVs, and developers to identify failure modes and prioritize investments.
Write product specifications grounded in agent evaluation data for feature crews to deliver.
Work closely with marketing, finance, sales teams to bring Windows 365 for Agents to market.
Prototype AI features using Python or TypeScript to evaluate API design and improve functionality.
What we're looking for
2+ years of product or program management experience shipping software products.
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered features, including prompt building and evaluations.
Proficiency in coding (Python, TypeScript) to prototype and evaluate API designs.
Strong intuition for designing agentic experiences and defining success metrics.
Experience with operating systems, virtualization, identity security, or enterprise SaaS.
Ability to translate fast-moving AI research into clear product specifications and narratives.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with a bias towards action and building.
