What you'll do

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital lending products.
Lead the digitization and transformation of complex lending and credit origination processes.
Drive end-to-end workflow modernization and straight-through processing to reduce manual touchpoints.
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business value, and risk.
Design and deliver intuitive, scalable, and compliant client-facing digital solutions.
Use data, customer insights, and market research to identify innovation opportunities.
Establish and monitor key success metrics including adoption rates, STP rates, and operational efficiency.
Manage the full product lifecycle from initial ideation through launch and continuous optimization.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in Product Management, Lending, Digital Transformation, Workflow Automation, or a related domain.
Proven experience leading complex products and strategic initiatives through the full product lifecycle.
Experience building client-facing applications, digital servicing platforms, and self-service capabilities.
Demonstrated success simplifying, digitizing, and automating complex business processes and workflows.
Experience driving process transformation, workflow modernization, and straight-through processing initiatives.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery, product strategy, data analytics, user-centered design, and platform scalability.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills within highly matrixed organizations.
Experience in Corporate/Commercial Banking, Financial Services, or with AI-enabled workflows (preferred).
