What you'll do

  • Define and execute the strategy for the Data Movement Platform to align with business objectives.
  • Advance both abstraction-layer and engine-layer innovations across the data movement portfolio.
  • Craft a cohesive user experience by integrating capabilities of products in the portfolio.
  • Use GenAI to simplify experiences for users, enhancing productivity and satisfaction.
  • Drive infrastructure excellence through reliability, performance, cost efficiency, and SLOs.
  • Create effective rollout strategies to promote new platform capabilities and reduce support burden.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of Technical Product Management experience or equivalent technical role
  • Expertise in Data Movement and Data Processing domains including Streaming and Batch data processing
  • Proven track record managing complex product portfolios with clear vision and strategy
  • Deep understanding of user needs through continuous engagement and innovative solution development
  • Strong business acumen connecting platform investments to strategic priorities
  • Outstanding communication skills for influencing and inspiring across organizational boundaries
