What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Technical fluency to work closely with engineering and data teams and understand system-level tradeoffs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional work across engineering, design, data science, research, and other product managers.
  • Experience building and shipping products that span multiple platforms and act as core capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Data-informed mindset with experience using metrics, experimentation, and research to guide decisions.
  • Passion and interest in TV, movies, games, and entertainment culture (preferred).
