What you'll do

  • Launch experimentation and incrementality measurement products for advertisers, agencies, and third-party partners.
  • Prioritize the product roadmap to balance near-term delivery with long-term measurement strategy.
  • Apply advanced causal inference methods including multi-armed bandit theory, A/B testing, and Geo Lift.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and UX teams to build high-performance advertising systems.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and legal teams to bring products to market and increase adoption.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on conversion lift, brand lift, and statistical significance methodologies.
  • Manage the integration of conversion ingestion and identity ecosystems within the CTV space.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience with a proven record of successfully launching and scaling 0-1 products.
  • Strong experimental design and causal inference knowledge including randomization, power analysis, sample size determination, MDE, and holdout methodology.
  • Ability to apply advanced causal inference methods beyond A/B testing, including multi-armed bandit theory.
  • Experience delivering a roadmap and executing on ads experimentation and incrementality measurement products.
  • Thorough understanding of ads measurement, conversion ingestion, and identity ecosystems, including CTV experience.
  • Experience collaborating closely with advertisers, agencies, measurement partners, and publisher sales and measurement analyst teams.
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering, User Experience, Data Science, and other Product Teams.
