Product Director Speech and Voice AI/ML

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap for the Speech and Voice AI/ML domain.
• Drive business development by creating and executing commercial plans to increase product adoption.
• Translate ambiguous user needs into scalable, logic-driven technical solutions and requirements.
• Design metrics and KPIs to measure feature success and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Manage the full machine learning development lifecycle including model training, serving, and governance.
• Gather user feedback and testimonials to iteratively improve product value.
• Create launch content and platforms to showcase new capabilities to internal and external users.
• Integrate AI-native workflows into the daily product development and experimentation processes.

What we're looking for

• At least 8 years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Strong grasp of financial markets, organizational business functions, and cross-functional financial operations.
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience in cloud computing, ML platform processes, and infrastructure spanning data engineering and privacy governance.
• Experience working on projects involving the machine learning development lifecycle (MDLC) and model governance.
• Ability to convert ambiguous needs into scalable business solutions based on logic and empirical observations.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
