What we're looking for

  • Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science and related field.
  • 5–10+ years experience in semiconductor process development/integration.
  • Expertise in DOE and statistical data analysis.
  • Experience with thin film, epitaxial, plasma, or thermal processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with hardware-process interaction (preferred).
  • Systems-level mindset focusing on process, hardware, and device integration.
