Principal Engineering Program Manager, Agentic Builder Experiences

What you'll do

• Drive the roadmap and portfolio strategy for the ABX group to deliver next-generation developer tooling.
• Establish the operating model, structures, and execution approaches for the newly forming organization.
• Translate builder needs and pain points into technical platform requirements for engineering teams.
• Evaluate and integrate AI and agentic technologies into platforms and workflows to improve builder efficiency.
• Manage governance, resourcing calls, and trade-off decisions across a multi-team portfolio.
• Provide hands-on technical input on direction rather than just providing coordination-only oversight.
• Define success metrics and establish benchmarks for all partner programs.
• Codify repeatable program management practices and governance models for reuse across the Adobe Unified Platform.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of technical program management experience.
• Direct experience shipping AI/ML or GenAI-powered technologies.
• Proven zero-to-one product and program experience building structure and process from scratch.
• Systems thinking with a solid understanding of modern technology stacks and developer platforms.
• Excellent executive communication skills to distill technical complexity into clear narratives.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and program reporting tools.
• Prior experience in AI platform development, developer platforming, or related infrastructure work (preferred).
