What you'll do

  • Define and evolve validation strategies for next-generation AI, ML, and HPC accelerators.
  • Establish scalable methodologies, coverage models, and validation frameworks to improve product quality.
  • Drive innovation in observability, controllability, debuggability, emulation, and automation capabilities across the product lifecycle.
  • Provide architectural leadership to resolve complex issues involving memory subsystems, power management, security, and PCIe.
  • Partner with silicon architects to develop validation approaches for emerging technologies like HBM and coherent interconnects.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-assisted validation workflows and data-driven quality methodologies.
  • Develop automation frameworks and infrastructure for complex semiconductor products.
  • Lead technical resolution of hardware and software issues during post-silicon bring-up and system-level debug.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of modern GPU, SoC, and server platform architectures.
  • Experience with post-silicon bring-up, validation, system-level debug, and AI/ML accelerator or data center platform validation.
  • Proven experience developing validation architectures, methodologies, test strategies, automation frameworks, and infrastructure for complex semiconductor products.
  • Expertise in silicon and system-level debug across hardware and software domains.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and working knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from engineers to senior executives.
