What you'll do

  • Lead technical integration strategy for new product launches across engineering teams.
  • Develop and maintain integrated technical roadmaps from design to General Availability.
  • Facilitate technical discovery sessions to define architecture and data flow between services.
  • Manage technical cutover plans for deprecating or upgrading legacy integrations.
  • Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks during integration of new features.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of Program Management experience in high-growth software engineering environments.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Exceptional communication skills to work with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to break down ambiguous product concepts into structured technical execution plans.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, roadmap visualization tools; experience with architectural diagramming tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of Q2C processes and SFDC; NPI process experience in SaaS or Enterprise Software environment preferred.
