Principal Strategy Manager, Developer Acquisitions

What you'll do

• Evaluate strategic opportunities for Cloudflare’s Developer Platform business.
• Build financial models and support diligence workstreams for acquisitions.
• Own the integration plan for acquired teams, ensuring operational continuity.
• Coordinate across multiple functions to resolve blockers during transitions.
• Track post-integration business health and drive follow-up GTM motions.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, GTM strategy, M&A integration, or program management.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Strong financial modeling skills including revenue forecasts, cost structures, and integration costs.
• Experience with operational complexity such as vendor migrations, billing transitions, contract management.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for decision-making.
• Comfortable incorporating AI tooling into operating playbooks to enhance financial modeling and automate workflows.
