What you'll do

Develops and schedules proposals according to RFP specifications.
Coordinates collection of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from departments.
Researches historical data and develops cost models for proposal support.
Participates in contract negotiations and reviews with management and customers.
Ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company procedures in all cost elements.
Creates and finalizes program Statements of Work and manages change control.

What we're looking for

5+ years (or equivalent) managing DoD contracts and engineering requirements
Experience with cost analysis, scheduling, and project leadership
Ability to secure US Secret clearance within 6 months
Proven success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and ability to interface at all levels
Demonstrated business acumen and experience in proposal development
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
