What we're looking for

Proven track record of writing code and shipping systems with a builder mentality.
Experience as a developer of AI agents is a must.
Developer expertise in AI systems, including experience with LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems.
Strong understanding of data pipelines, embeddings, and systems architecture.
Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
Familiarity with GPU acceleration libraries (CUDA, Triton, TensorRT) (preferred); background in Retail, CPG, logistics, or marketplaces (preferred); experience with enterprise AI architectures (preferred); Master’s degree in computer science (preferred).
