What you'll do

Define and drive the long-term technical strategy for Streaming Hub Applications.

Mentor senior engineers and develop a bench of technical leaders across organizational boundaries.
Provide technical oversight for large-scale initiatives by identifying architectural risks and dependencies early.
Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate software effectiveness and guide continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

15+ years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Expertise in Systems Design Engineering and Enterprise Architecture.
Proficiency in AWS Cloud Computing and AI Systems.
Demonstrated experience in Technical Leadership and Software Engineering Principles.
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
