What you'll do

Leads the design and implementation of extensible and maintainable code used across the company.
Owns and defines end-to-end data and analytics architecture for CoreAI platforms to support AI workloads.
Designs and builds large-scale, robust data pipelines that support CoreAI’s analytics initiatives.
Ensures data governance by implementing rigorous validation protocols for accurate and auditable analytics.
Enables self-service analytics by building data models and tools that streamline access to trusted information.
Mentors other software engineers and contributes to the infrastructure needed to scale data insights across CoreAI.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience leading software engineering and analytics projects with measurable wins.
Deep expertise in architecting large-scale data pipelines in cloud environments like Azure.
Proficient in writing clean code using core algorithms, data structures, and analytics techniques.
Knowledge of data governance, privacy, lineage, and security best practices for enterprise use.
Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences.
Experience with AI tools in software engineering, data science, and analytics workflows.
Capable of both prototyping and deploying data products effectively.
