What you'll do

Define and execute the technology strategy for the Digital team in alignment with enterprise goals.
Design reliable, scalable, and high-performance architectures across multiple technological disciplines.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade Generative AI and LLM solutions.
Establish technical standards for AI/ML platforms, including safety guardrails and data privacy controls.
Integrate AI-powered tools into the software development lifecycle to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance to engineering teams on complex system designs.
Manage large budgets and coordinate cross-functional projects while analyzing technical and business risks.
Produce high-quality, secure, and maintainable code that serves as a standard for the organization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience in an Enterprise Architecture role with subject matter expertise.
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, OpenShift, Akamai) and mobile/web frameworks (Angular, JFP, iOS, and Android).
Demonstrated SME status in Applications Development Architecture.
Experience operationalizing end-to-end Generative AI solutions using LangChain, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
Ability to establish technical standards for GenAI and ML platform engineering including security and data privacy controls.
Experience embedding AI-assisted capabilities into the SDLC using tools like GitHub Copilot or similar platforms.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large budgets and complex projects.
