What you'll do

Participate in strategic planning sessions to improve processes and solve technical challenges.

What we're looking for

Over 10 years of software development and management experience in CS/EE or related field.
Extensive experience leading software engineering teams (5+ years).
Proficient in C, C++, Python, Java for professional software development (8+ years).
Expertise in designing/implementing networking protocols like TCP/IP, Ethernet in production environments.
Strong background in Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
Experience managing the software release lifecycle and resolving technical escalations for external customers.
