  • Proficient in using and creating automation with Elasticsearch, Opensearch, Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Experience implementing Jira automation functions and managing scrum boards.
  • Expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies and fostering continuous improvement in teams.
  • Ability to remove impediments and guide teams towards higher levels of maturity.
  • Sought after for advice on Scaled Agile processes and implementation across multiple teams.
