Principal Scientist, Generation Data Architect (Image & Video & Audio)

What you'll do

• Develop a long-term data strategy to enhance image, video, and audio synthesis at scale.
• Align data design with model architecture to optimize training behavior and performance.
• Build and refine data curricula across different training stages for improved learning outcomes.
• Combine organic, synthetic, and generated data to address gaps in current datasets.
• Guide data-related decisions by partnering with research, engineering, and product teams.
• Mentor other scientists and contribute to a culture of experimentation and learning.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years experience in ML, data systems, or AI research with focus on large-scale models
• Expertise in shaping data strategies for generative and multimodal systems
• Deep understanding of image, video, and audio generation processes
• Knowledge of how data, model architecture, and training dynamics interact
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly across teams
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred
• Experience working with cross-functional partners on scalable systems
