What you'll do

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GitHub as Microsoft’s internal engineering platform.
Own hands-on configuration and governance of GitHub Enterprise organizations, including policies and security compliance.
Lead migration experience from Azure DevOps to GitHub, ensuring seamless integration of CI/CD pipelines.
Develop readiness assessments and onboarding playbooks for migrating engineering teams to GitHub.
Track migration health metrics such as velocity, developer satisfaction, and support ticket volume.
Align partners across GitHub, Azure DevOps, 1ES, and Core AI to deliver integrated outcomes in the hybrid model.
Represent the GitHub Inside Microsoft platform in executive reviews and internal customer engagements.

What we're looking for

At least 12 years of experience in product management or software development.
Hands-on expertise with GitHub Enterprise administration and Azure DevOps tools.
Proven ability to drive complex cross-organizational initiatives and improve adoption metrics.
Experience operating GitHub Enterprise at scale (10,000+ developers).
Familiarity with GitHub APIs, security features, and CI/CD workflows in enterprise settings.
Understanding of secure development lifecycle and compliance requirements for internal platforms.
Strong storytelling and executive communication skills to negotiate priorities across teams.
