What you'll do

  • Define the end-to-end strategy for Intuit's mid-market nonprofit financial platform.
  • Build a fund accounting engine to track restricted versus unrestricted net assets.
  • Deliver a native grant object for multi-funder, multi-year award tracking.
  • Ship a compliance layer for automated federal reporting and SEFA generation.
  • Drive pledge tracking and donor segmentation with leading CRM integration.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of product management experience in nonprofit financial management or philanthropy technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Nonprofit Management, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Deep understanding of nonprofit financial operations including fund accounting and grant compliance.
  • Expert knowledge of FASB ASC 958, Uniform Guidance, Form 990, LD-2, and UBIT regulations.
  • Proven ability to ship agent-powered products with agentic specifications in production environments.
  • Experience building integrations for accounting firms and defining strategies with donor CRMs.
  • Ability to architect data migrations and evaluate build, buy, partner tradeoffs rigorously.
