As a Principal or Master Principal Cloud Architect at Oracle Government Defense & Intelligence, you will join an elite team supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community by embedding full-time with a single customer to architect, deploy, secure, and operationalize OCI-based cloud solutions that address real-world national security challenges. Your day-to-day responsibilities include transforming complex mission requirements into scalable architectures, building and configuring infrastructure across OCI IaaS and PaaS services, implementing Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks, and leading troubleshooting efforts. You will work closely with customer operators to drive adoption and influence future product direction at Oracle. Required skills encompass hands-on cloud engineering experience, expertise in Terraform or similar tools, scripting knowledge using Python or Shell, and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

  • Design secure, resilient, production-grade environments.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess or obtain TS/SCI with Poly clearance
  • At least 6 years of cloud engineering and infrastructure experience
  • Strong hands-on experience deploying and operating solutions in customer environments
  • Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, OCI Resource Manager, Ansible, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, automation, and platform operations
  • Scripting and automation skills with Python, Shell, or similar languages
  • Proven ability to independently lead customer deployments from architecture through production
