Join Salesforce's IT Mergers and Acquisitions team in the US as a Principal-level individual contributor, where you will define and evolve the enterprise-wide infrastructure integration strategy for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic business transformations. Own and evolve the M&A infrastructure integration strategy to enable fast and secure company integrations.
Design reference architectures and frameworks for consistent and predictable deal execution across multiple concurrent acquisitions.
Serve as senior technical lead for high-risk, complex integrations, making critical architectural decisions that ensure compliance and cost optimization.
Lead large-scale transformation initiatives like security remediation, collaboration platform migrations, and datacenter exits to deliver durable operational outcomes.
Build and improve enterprise integration playbooks and automation frameworks to reduce manual effort and increase consistency across deals.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering, architecture, or large-scale systems integration.
5+ years of leadership in M&A integration initiatives or large-scale infrastructure transformation programs.
Deep expertise in collaboration platforms, endpoint management, network and datacenter infrastructure, or cloud services.
Strong understanding of enterprise security frameworks including single sign-on, directory consolidation, and zero trust architecture.
Proven ability to design scalable enterprise integration architectures and operational models across multiple business environments.
Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms like Okta, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience in infrastructure automation, orchestration, configuration management, and leveraging AI for IT operations.
