What you'll do

• Define and execute strategic roadmap for low-latency trading infrastructure globally.
• Architect and deliver high-performance colocation environments connecting various systems.
• Lead design and implementation of ultra-low latency network infrastructure between facilities.
• Drive selection and deployment of cutting-edge low-latency technologies and solutions.
• Establish standards for optimized Linux infrastructure with deterministic performance engineering.
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leads across infrastructure and platform disciplines.

What we're looking for

• Over 15 years of experience in low-latency infrastructure engineering for electronic trading.
• Proven expertise in building and operating exchange colocation environments for equities or multi-asset platforms.
• Deep knowledge of ultra-low latency network design and modern hardware optimization techniques.
• Advanced Linux systems engineering skills, including kernel tuning and deterministic performance tuning.
• Strong leadership experience managing globally distributed engineering teams in high-pressure environments.
• Extensive experience with automation tools like Python, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage hardware procurement, vendor negotiations, and telecom contracts.
