What you'll do

Analyze product costs and identify key drivers to understand gross margin trends.
Summarize historical data to highlight financial performance for the Medical Surgical Portfolio.
Present Gross Margin analysis and provide financial commentary to various levels of management.
Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts to ensure accuracy across operating units.
Identify opportunities for cost savings by increasing visibility into specific cost drivers within pools.
Lead cost roll reconciliations and communicate the impact of cost changes to cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Candidates with an advanced degree must have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Applicants must possess demonstrated knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Experience using SAP, BPCS, Hyperion Spend, CMR, or similar enterprise systems is required.
Candidates must possess strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.
An MBA, CPA, or CMA certification is preferred.
Working knowledge of Project Accounting and financial controls is preferred.
